Quiet start

Choose one goal, your level, and the time you have. Get a warm-up, focused main drill, and pressure finish—without creating an account.
Cue-ball control
One goal. Three blocks. One result to record.

Put one red near the pink spot. Nominate a baulk, centre, or black-end landing zone before each pot. Target: Score the pot only when the cue ball reaches the called zone.
Call a landing zone before five shots. You need three pots and three correct finishes.

A better session
Repetition is not automatically useful. Before the first shot, decide what the session is for and what a successful result looks like. Keep the setup stable long enough to notice a pattern, then change one variable—not five.
